Our complete torque-tension test systems provide all you need to meet the torque-tension testing requirements of most OEM and industry standards. This system is comprised of the Model 3200 LabMaster Pro module interfaced via USB to a desktop or laptop PC running the new Windows-based LabMaster Protesting software. This powerful software lets you program each test to your exact specifications in order to acquire the data you need for testing, analysis, and verification of fasteners, coatings and plating effects. It provides you with control of the electric drive motor, accepts input from torque transducers and load cells, displays real-time plots while the test is running, measures and calculates a comprehensive array of data, and displays or prints a wide variety of plots and reports. The system also includes a DC electric tool and controller, a rotary torque transducer, and a thread torque-fastener tension load cell. The system is completed with a fixture assembly with a slide bearing mount for either the DC drive tool and rotary torque transducer or the thread torque-fastener tension load cell.
